| Cancellation Policy |
All cancellations must be in writing. An AUD50.00 administration fee is applicable to cancellations. Full deposit forfeited if cancelled within two weeks of arrival; full deposit forfeited for cancellations during peak seasons; full deposit is forfeited for cancellation after a date change has occurred.
If you need to change your dates, at least 48 hours notice is required and any changes are subject to availability.
Management endeavours to meet all reasonable guest requirements, however, refunds are not applicable unless serious illness has occurred during your stay, doctors certificate required.

Skyline Holiday Units is located at the end of Garrick Lane which runs off Musgrave Street, Coolangatta, lane next to the Coolangatta Police Station.

Check in is 2.00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.
On arrival you will be requested to pay the balance of the accommodation by cash or credit card and provide credit card imprint or cash to the value of AUD300.00 to cover any incidentals charged to your account throughout your stay. They do not accept Diners, Amex or cheques as payment. Photo identification is also required.
