Queensland Rail packages its rail experiences with accommodation, fully-guided tours, cruises, flights and car hire from Queensland's leading operators to deliver a total holiday experience that meets the needs of every traveller. It operates travel centres throughout Queensland as well as a call centre to service the needs of customers nationally and internationally.

Children Catered For: Yes.  Children are welcome.A child under 12 years of age will not be permitted to travel unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian responsible for the care of the child.
Disabled Access: Yes.  Facilities including a specially designed toilet and seating area are available for customers with a disability on Tilt Train services. Every Queensland Rail service carries a collapsible wheelchair to aid customers with restricted mobility to get to and from their seat or sleeping berth.
Pets Allowed: Yes.  Provided they are approved Trained Guide and Assistance animals and accompanying customers with disabilities. (Proof that the animal complies to State and Commonwealth legislation and has the Animal Assistance User Card issued by Translink or an organisation approved with Disability Services Queensland animal training will need to be supplied before travel can be approved).
